These Terms of Use govern access to and use of fusefootball.com (the “Site”). The Site is operated by Graftgold. By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
2. About FUSE and the Site
FUSE — Football Universe Simulation Engine — is deterministic football simulation technology. The Site provides public information about the technology, its architecture and ecosystem, and its relationship to Epoch XI. FUSE and Epoch XI are products and brands owned by Graftgold.
Unless we expressly state otherwise, descriptions of planned capabilities, integrations, licensing possibilities, developer tooling, or other evolving functionality are informational statements of current direction and are not promises of availability, release dates, performance, or commercial terms.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its original text, visual design, graphics, names, marks, logos, documentation, technology descriptions, and other proprietary materials are owned by or proprietary to Graftgold and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. FUSE, FUSE Reference, Epoch XI Studio, Epoch XI, and their associated names, marks, logos, and branding may not be used in a way that implies sponsorship, endorsement, affiliation, or authorization without permission.
Viewing the Site does not grant any license to FUSE simulation technology, source code, models, mechanics, datasets, trademarks, or other proprietary materials except the limited right to access the public Site for lawful personal or business-information purposes.
4. Permitted use
You may access and use the Site for lawful informational purposes. You may not intentionally interfere with Site operation or security, attempt unauthorized access to systems or data, introduce malicious code, impersonate FUSE or Epoch XI, or use the Site in a manner that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
5. Technical and development information
Public descriptions on the Site are intentionally high level. They do not constitute complete technical specifications and should not be treated as a guarantee that a particular architecture, mechanic, interface, feature, integration, or terminology will remain unchanged. Development information may be revised as FUSE is tested, calibrated, validated, or otherwise evolves.
6. Licensing and developer enquiries
References to licensing, partnerships, APIs, integrations, or developer access do not constitute an offer, license, commitment, or guarantee of availability. Any commercial or technical rights require separate written terms.
7. External links
The Site may link to other Graftgold-owned properties, including Epoch XI, as well as to third-party websites. Separate Graftgold-owned properties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, security, or practices of third-party sites merely because the Site links to them.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The Site and its public content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Site will always be available, error-free, complete, current, or suitable for a particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Graftgold will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or similar damages arising from use of, inability to use, or reliance on the Site or its public content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Information handling associated with the Site is described in the FUSE Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to the Site or Terms
We may modify the Site or these Terms as FUSE develops. The version posted on this page applies from its stated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
